My Viewsat Ultra 2000 isn’t working.?

Hey I have a Viewsat Ultra 2000 and none of the channels are coming. They all are autoroll processing for like 6 days now. Also the file has not come out for the past six days, I heard they are making a new file or upgrade in like 2 weeks but I am not sure. Please tell me what to do and any suggestion. Thank you very much.

You are out of luck like all pirates. They went from N2 stream to N3.
Maybe there will be a new file out, maybe never.
